How do I know if a Wyeth hat will fit me?

Wyeth hats are designed to be fully adjustable and are One Size (O/S) measuring 57cm, unless otherwise marked. Each hat features an innovative velcro adjuster strap inside the cotton twill sweatband, allowing you to customize the fit for all-day comfort.

My hat is too big—how can I adjust it?

No worries! All Wyeth hats come with an adjustable velcro strap located inside the sweatband near the branded tag. Simply tighten the strap for a snugger fit.

What is the difference between structured and floppy hats?
  • Structured styles have a defined shape and a firmer crown.
  • Floppy styles are more relaxed, flexible, and casual.

Care & Travel

How do I care for my hat?

For small stains, try using a mild soap and water solution:

  1. Apply a tiny amount of diluted soap with your fingers.
  2. Gently scrub with a soft cloth or sponge.
  3. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry.

Can I pack or travel with my hat?
  • Stiff-brim hats: Best carried or worn while traveling.
  • Floppy hats: Many styles are foldable and packable but still require care.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $125+ via USPS Ground/Economy. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! As of September 2023, we now ship to Canada and select international locations. Please note that all international orders are final sale and shipping fees are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company: hello@wyethusa.com

Can I change my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we do not accept returns on items purchased at a sale price of 25% or more.

Return process:

  1. Start your return through our Return Portal.
  2. Your return must be received in our warehouse before the 30-day window closes.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Final Sale:
Any item purchased at 25% off or more is FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Start an exchange through our Return Portal or email us at hello@wyethusa.com for fit and style recommendations.
